Required Qualifications

5+ years of mortgage lending or related experience

Proven experience in retail loan origination

Proficiency in Encompass360 is required

Deep understanding of mortgage lending processes and regulations

Expertise in various loan programs (Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, etc.)
