We are seeking a highly motivated Acquisition Broker to identify, evaluate, and close profitable real estate deals. This commission-based role will focus on sourcing investment opportunities, working closely with investors, and managing transactions from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-driven, and proactive, with a strong ability to build relationships with investors and partners. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be capable of managing a high volume of transactions and projects independently. As a client-facing role, you should be able to generate leads, follow up effectively, and successfully close deals, all while staying organized and focused on investor goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify Investment Opportunities : Source potential properties through MLS and market research, focusing on flip and cash investment deals.
• Build and Manage Relationships : Work with existing and new investors to understand their goals and help identify suitable investment opportunities.
• Close Deals : Lead negotiations, oversee the due diligence process, and close investment transactions.
• Collaborate with Contractors : Work with investors and contractors to manage remodel project bids.
• Analyze Profitability : Use financial models and market knowledge to assess property values and investment returns.
• Track Progress : Update Salesforce to record and manage investor leads and transaction details.
