Job description

Material Handler

Operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts, manage shipping and receiving processes using USPS and FedEx computer systems, and perform order picking in the warehouse. This role involves a variety of tasks to support warehouse operations.

Responsibilities :

  • Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts efficiently and safely.
  • Manage shipping and receiving using USPS and FedEx computer systems.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately in the warehouse.
  • Handle inventory management tasks.
  • Operate pallet jacks and cherry pickers as needed.
  • Ensure accurate shipping and receiving processes using UPS WorldShip, FedEx, LTL, and Ship Manager.
  • Unload goods as part of daily operations.

Essential Skills :

  • Experience with forklift operations, both sit-down and stand-up.
  • Proficiency in handling material and managing inventory.
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx, LTL, and Ship Manager.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications :

  • Ability to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
  • Experience in order picking and warehouse inventory management is preferred.

    Pay and Benefits :

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 / hr.
