Customer Service Representative
The Naples Jet Center at KAPF is a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We have a position open for a professional team member with an effective ability to multi-task and remain highly organized. We are looking for strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.

Job Description
Customer service representatives balance answering e-mails, taking phone calls, and scheduling while also tracking flights using aviation software. This job entails frequent radio communication using appropriate terminology. We independently complete tasks while also working within a small team. We are often actively away from the desk, greeting aircraft and assisting with any and all needs of crew and / or passengers. Our goal is always to go above and beyond to serve our customers through proactive attentiveness and anticipation of needs.
Schedule
7 : 00am-8 : 00pm with sporadic overtime.
The fixed work week consists of (4) ten-hour shifts :
Schedules include weekends.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Aviation experience is a plus but not required - we will train you!
