This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Partner Solution Architect with a Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) background to enable new capabilities for our customers to design and deploy UCaaS / CCaaS solutions on AWS. You are responsible for the technology, strategy, and senior level relationships with strategic and / or fast-growing Independent Software Vendors (ISV). The Partner Solutions Architect will create and drive the technical strategy with assigned ISV partners, taking the lead on go-to-market products built on and / or integrated with AWS. Collaborating with your partners, you will craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that provide solutions to solve customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of AWS services. In collaboration with your team at AWS, you will drive revenue growth through customer adoption of partner solutions on AWS.
You will also have the opportunity to build your cloud brand, leaving your mark with whitepapers, webinars, event presence, and innovative new patents for what could potentially be a future AWS product or feature. You will be adept at interacting, communicating and partnering with other teams within AWS; such as services teams, marketing, and professional services, as well as representing your team to executive management.
This position can be located in San Francisco, Seattle, Arlington, New York, or Austin.
Must be open to travel at least 30% including international.
