Maintenance & Repair Mechanic

Northwest Container Services (NWCS) , a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety conscious M&R Mechanic to join the team in NW Portland, Oregon

NWCS is an intermodal train yard that specializes in storage, repair and train movement for 20-ft, 40-ft, 45-ft, 48-ft and 53-ft containers and chassis. The container yard handles both empty and loaded containers. At NWCS, we're striving to create a safe working culture and to make it a great place to work.

Schedule will be Monday – Friday

Shift will be 6 : 30 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Wage Range is $30.00 -$35.00 / HR DOE

Safety Sensitive : Yes

• Must pass drug screen, pre-employment background check and have a clean motor vehicle report to be eligible for employment.
