Sales and Design Manager
As a Sales and Design manager, you will play a crucial role in building wholesale manufacturing business. You will meet with contractors, business owners and designers in the wood-working industry. Support clients, in learning design software, product pricing, and supporting the company's existing customer base. Your ability to build relationships and achieving sales goals will be a key to success in this position.
Responsibilities :
- Meet with designers, contractors and franchise owners to increase company sales of wholesale products.
- Support clients with design software and new product purchases.
- Achieve established sales goals, gross margin expectations, and profitability targets.
- Provide ongoing support to existing and new customers before and after sales, addressing questions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify and establish a new client base, including builders, contractors, remodelers, architects, designers, and dealers.
- Manage an organized showroom, meeting with customers and implementing new marketing campaigns.
- Answer inquiries as needed, providing information and assistance to potential clients.
- Stay informed about woodworking, design, and products to provide expert advice to clients.
- Implement and respond to Social Media marketing programs.
- Attend and manage trade show events.
Qualifications :
Experience in sales, preferably in Closet, Kitchen and Bath Industries.Proficiency in software and a strong understanding of design principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of design, marketing and social media a plus.Trade show experienceValid driver license
