Solar Performance Specialist

A company is looking for a Solar Performance Specialist, Residential.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose performance alerts related to solar systems and troubleshoot as necessary

Support escalated cases and collaborate internally to drive resolutions

Engage directly with customers to resolve system issues and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

2 years of solar technical experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting solar components

Experience in identifying opportunities to improve processes

Proven track record of working cross-functionally with different departments

Experience in direct customer interaction and resolving customer concerns

Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus
