Dates Needed : November 3-7, 10-14, 17-21, 24-28, December 1-5, 8-12, 15-19, 22-26, 29-January 2

Facility Requirements / Details :

• 5 CRNAs, 2 MDs
• 7am-3pm + 1 : 6 call (call TBD)
• Case mix includes general, URO, ENT, OB-GYN, ortho, ophthalmology, endo, pediatric dental
• Must be comfortable and able to perform own blocks, spinal, epidurals
• EMR Meditech
