Customer Care Call Center needs 1 year in telephone customer service or related experience
Customer Care Call Center requires :
- Five days a week Monday - Friday. Eight (8) hour shifts between the hours of 7 : 55 AM 5 : 00 PM. Overtime may be required.
- High School diploma or GED
A minimum of 1 year in telephone customer service or related experience
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software
Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio
Customer Care Call Center duties :
Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and proceduresAnswers questions regarding child support payments posting, payments disbursement, and account histories.Defines or resolves inquiries received either through written or telephone correspondence.Gathers information, researches / resolves inquiries and logs customer callsCommunicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely mannerInforms customers about services available and assesses customer needsMaintains updated records and logs
