Position Overview

The Director of Executive Total Rewards will be responsible for leading the development, design, and implementation of compensation and benefits programs for executives, as well as managing the company's equity-based compensation plans. The role involves collaborating and providing expert consultancy with senior leadership to ensure that the company's executive and equity compensation strategies are competitive, align with organizational goals, and comply with regulatory requirements.

Base Salary : $140,610-253,080

Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and / or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick's Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan / McCormick's Sales Incentive Bonus (SIB) Plan / McCormick's Dividend Program.
