Caterpillar is looking for candidates that want to build a career. This is a rare opportunity to join the Caterpillar Sanford team as a direct hire. Position includes a starting wage of $20.20 / hour (+8% shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shift), quarterly goal sharing program and a comprehensive benefit program that We don't lead our industry - our people do.

Shift Schedule :

2nd Shift : Monday-Friday 2 : 15 pm - 10 : 15 pm

3rd Shift : Monday-Friday 10 : 15 pm - 6 : 15 am

Position provides fabrications support activities including loading robots and / or machining centers as well as ensuring cleanliness of the area.

As a Machine Loader at Caterpillar, you will :

• Load / unload and position heavy fabrication metal components in holding fixtures using lifting devices
• Assist Machinists or Welders with certain processes
• Maintain Fabrications area in a clean and orderly condition
• Follow documented procedures, standard work, routings and blueprints

Summary Pay Range : $20.20 - $25.25
