About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic, experienced Tax Manager who thrives in a leadership role and is excited to mentor others, drive strategy, and help clients protect and grow their wealth. You’ll join a collaborative remote team and be empowered to shape firm-wide processes and client experience.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and mentor a fully remote tax team (currently 4 staff)
• Review complex business (1065s, 1120s) and individual returns (1040s with passthroughs, investments, etc.)
• Deliver customized tax strategy, planning, and consulting to small business clients
• Guide technical development and communication skills of your team
• Partner with leadership to refine pricing, workflow, and service delivery
• Help shape the firm’s future as part of its strategic leadership team
