CMM Programmer

CMM Programmer - Elkton, MI.

Contract position - (6-Months)

Day Shift position

Pay Rate : based off proven work history (approx. up to $25.00 / hr.)

Expectations of the CMM Programmer :

• Read blueprints to determine dimensions and tolerance specifications per Geometric Dimension & Tolerance (GD&T) to ANSI 14.5 standards
• Perform in-depth part layout using direct drive CMM and bench layout
• Perform capability studies
• Evaluate CMM data for accuracy, prior to submission
• Assists with PPAP submissions
• Performs gauge R&R (repeatability and reproducibility)
• Maintain CMM & CMM software in good working order
• Write CMM programs
