Senior Cabin Complete Task Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Cabin Complete Task Manager is responsible for managing andleading all activities necessary to complete the aircraft cabin interiorinstallation, including monuments, linings, interior systems, seating, carpet,plating. As the senior leader for the final aircraft completion phase, thismanager provides direct oversight and alignment to the Monuments, FuselageReady, and Plating supervisors to ensure fully integrated and cohesiveexecution across all disciplines. This role manages, tracks, and reports ActionCard closure across all program phases, driving rapid issue resolution tomaintain schedule and delivery readiness. Working within the Operations Support- Program Alignment Department, the manager collaborates cross-functionally toalign sequencing, material readiness, labor resources, and milestone tracking,ensuring on-time delivery of aircraft to specification.

EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Leadand coordinate the Cabin Complete phase of the aircraft program.

2. Overseesequencing and execution of all interior installation activities: monuments,linings, systems, seating, carpet, and finish-out.

3. Provideleadership, guidance, and alignment to subordinate Managers (Monuments,Fuselage Ready, Plating) for cohesive phase execution.

4. Maintainaccountability for Action Card closure across all program phases-trackprogress, drive resolution, escalate blockers, and report status.

5. Leaddaily coordination and integration meetings with supporting departments.

6. Monitorprogress toward cabin completion milestones and proactively mitigate risks andblockers.

7. Maintainreal-time communication with Production Leads and Managers to ensure teamalignment and productivity.

8. Deliveraccurate milestone tracking, risk assessment, and status reporting to executiveleadership.

9. Drivequality adherence and readiness for functional tests and customer inspections.

10. Documentlessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives.

12. Performother duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES, ETC:

1. Highschool diploma or equivalent technical or manufacturing experience required.

2. 3+ yearsin aircraft Production or Operations Support preferred.

1. Knowledgeof aircraft build processes, especially fuselage structure, systems routing,and production phases.

2. Highlyorganized and detail-oriented to manage complex schedules, materials, andworkflows.

3. Strongleadership and communication skills, comfortable leading meetings andcoordinating cross-department efforts.

4. Effectiveproblem-solver who anticipates and resolves issues before impacting production.

5. Collaborativemindset to work seamlessly with Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering,and Production.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position requires a consistent floor presence in the aircraftproduction area, including hangars, warehouse zones, and staging areas. Must beable to navigate between departments to monitor tasks and drive coordination.Exposure to variable temperatures, noise, and movement of aircraft and parts isexpected. Occasional outdoor exposure is required while interacting with fieldpersonnel or inspecting readiness conditions.
