Responsibilities

Outbound Calls : Proactively reach out to potential clients, introducing them to our insurance products and services.

Lead Generation : Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through cold calling and warm leads.

Customer Engagement : Build rapport with clients, assessing their needs and pain points.

Product Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the agencys insurance offerings to provide accurate information to clients.

Follow-ups : Conduct follow-up communications to nurture relationships and close sales transactions.

Data Management : Accurately record and manage client interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements

Licensing : No specific license is required but familiarity with insurance products is a plus.

Experience : Prior experience in telemarketing or a related sales field is beneficial

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, persuasive tone.
