Product Design Lead

A company is looking for a Product Design Lead (LatAm, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Drive discovery and requirements definition through stakeholder interviews, user research, and UX artifact creation

Design high-quality, user-centered solutions, including UX diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes

Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure design integrity and support project delivery

Required Qualifications

7+ years in UX / UI digital product design

Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in UX and visual design

Expertise in design systems and motion design

Mastery of Figma and familiarity with motion tools

Solid understanding of front-end technologies and collaboration with engineering
