Responsibilities

Call warm leads and referrals (no cold calling)

Follow a proven sales process and master our talk tracks

Quote and sell home and auto insurance policies

Hit daily activity goals (calls, quotes, bound policies)

Learn, adapt, and grow into a professional sales career

Requirements

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Basic computer comfort (well train you on everything else)

Full-time, in-office role in Okemos, MI

Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license (agency covers cost)
