Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partners in Lafayette, LA. Full-time position – FULL-TIME DAYS OR NIGHTS

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver hands-on nursing care to patients with complex medical needs
  • Work closely with RNs, physicians, and the care team to support personalized care plans
  • Monitor patient status, administer medications and basic treatments, and accurately document care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting recovery and long-term well-being
  • Ensure care is provided in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LPN license in Louisiana or compact state
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
