Senior Corporate Counsel (Licensed)

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel (Commercial & Product) to join their Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including SaaS and vendor agreements

Support product development and launch initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance

Advise on legal and business risks related to new offerings and pricing models

Required Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

7+ years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in-house at a tech company

Strong expertise in SaaS and technology commercial contracting

In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws and regulatory compliance

Located in the Pacific or Mountain time zone of the U.S
