Job description

Customer Service Representative

Perform a variety of customer service functions.

  • Handle customer service inquiries and problems.
  • Provide orientation and education for various types of equipment to customers. May also include instructions on patient owned repairs.
  • Use systems for tracking, information gathering, or troubleshooting.
  • Respond to inquiries and may refer customers to secondary sources.
  • Maintain records as appropriate.

Education :

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note : Required professional licensure / certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
  • Additional Preferences :

  • Patient demographics / intake
  • Knowledge of insurance qualifications for medical equipment
  • Knowledge of Medical Equipment preferred
  • Ability to Multi-task, organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate with patients, caregivers, Physicians
  • Computer Skills
  • High Call Volumes
