Job Description Title : Human Resources Associate Immediate Supervisor : Director of Human Resources, Owner Position : Exempt Non-Exempt Overtime Required : Yes No General Job Summary : Responsible for implementing various processes and pieces relating to Human Resources. Looking for someone at either our St Louis corporate office, or local MO offices (Warrensburg or Smithville). Principal duties and Responsibilities : Data entry of all employee information including but not limited to names, tax info, change of status forms into Penguin and Flex. Assist with implementation and follow through on all policies and procedures. Guide and monitor all employee relations. Manage onboarding process including but limited to coordination of legal documentation and all hiring forms properly filled out and signed. Implement benefit enrollment and new benefit roll outs. Work with payroll to ensure all employee and contractor data is correct for payments. Manage unemployment cases via hearing, etc. Assist with local office department permitting Assist with accident and incident management. Assist with other HR related projects or issues as assigned. Coordinate local office HR needs with corporate HR. POSITION REQUIREMENTS : High School Diploma. Some college preferred but not required. Advanced Administrative knowledge Excellent communication skills Expertise in HR procedures and best practices Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives Leadership skills and ability manage staff (This is not a complete listing of all duties and responsibilities.
