Pay and Benefits

Base pay range : $70,000.00 / yr - $650,000.00 / yr

Sign-on / relocation bonuses : $100,000 + additional wealth-building bonus program. Long-term Wealth-Builder Bonus up to $350,000 in addition to collections. P1 Wealth-Builder Bonus can contribute up to $70,000 / year based on collections (paid after 5 years).

Hours : Monday – Thursday 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM; Friday 7 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM. Flexible 4- or 5-day work weeks available.
