Job descriptionMust reside in the Tampa Bay area (Tama, St Pete, ect) Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Current RN license in the state of Florida. Current CPR Proven experience in clinical management within skilled nursing or similar healthcare settings. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in skilled nursing. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel 100% within the market to support our facilities.
At Vered Healthcare Group we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Director of Clinical Services Regional Nurse to join our dynamic team in the skilled nursing sector. This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the highest standards of care across our facilities in the Tampa / St. Pete market.
Focus Facility located in Dunedin, FL
Travel to locations throughout Florida - including Sarasota, Miami, Jacksonville, Port St Joe
Regional Nurse Key Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for clinical operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams to enhance their performance and deliver exceptional patient care.
- Conduct regular facility visits to monitor compliance, assess care quality, and provide support to clinical staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement best practices and improve patient outcomes.
- Facilitate training and development programs for clinical staff to ensure continued education and professional growth.
- Manage clinical budget and resources effectively to optimize operational efficiency.
