Seeking a BC / BE Geriatric Medicine Physician who is intrinsically motivated to provide excellent care to older adults in the Queens, NY area.

Position Highlights :

• Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
• Preferred Qualifications :
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics
• Experience practicing medicine among Geriatric populations
• Experience operating in a Value-Based Healthcare Model
• Experience in outpatient primary care settings
• Highly qualified candidates may also be considered for a Center Medical Director position
• Deliver higher quality health and wellness care that improves outcomes, manages medical costs and provides an unmatched experience for adults on Medicare in medically underserved communities
