The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as Floor Supervisor, provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and achievement of daily sales goals.

Schedule and availability

  • Schedule will vary weekly, with at least 12-16 hours per week.
  • Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as certain holidays.
  • During peak periods, hours may increase to support business needs.

  • Education : High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience : At least 1 year preferred
  • Supervisor / Managerial experience : Not required

  • The starting rate for this position is $19.25 per hour (recruiting pay range $19.25 - $19.25 per hour); rates may be modified in the future.
