About the Role

We're looking for Senior Full Stack Engineers who thrive across the stack and enjoy building real products for real users. You'll design and build Nova's core AI agent platform, integrating deeply with SAP systems while developing tooling that transforms how enterprises manage legacy code.

You'll work on everything from Python backend systems and LLM pipelines to front-end interfaces, evaluation frameworks, and large-scale integrations. If you enjoy solving highly technical problems, shipping fast, and working directly with founders on a 0→1 product, you'll love this role.

What You'll Do

• Design and build the core agentic AI platform and developer-facing products
• Build deep integrations with SAP and surrounding enterprise software ecosystems
• Work with LLMs to improve code transformation accuracy, reliability, and safety
• Develop systematic evaluation frameworks to measure AI agent performance
• Own end-to-end product development : backend, APIs, evaluations, and (optionally) frontend
• Collaborate with founders to define architecture, product direction, and technical standards
• Operate in a high-ownership environment, shipping production systems for Fortune 500 customers
