Texas Licensed Valuations Analyst

A company is looking for a 100% remote Valuations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Determine pricing strategies to maximize ROI for acquired properties and manage turnaround times for dispositions

Collaborate with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing decisions, budgets, and scope of work

Value properties across the US and ensure accuracy of all valuations while meeting turnaround objectives

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience in residential property valuations / underwriting

Appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework (preferred)

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technology
