Store Hours : Open daily Sunday through Saturday (weekend and holiday availability required)

About the Role :

As a Sales Assistant youll support the team and clients by helping with day-to-day operations in the store. Youll gain hands-on experience in sales support customer service inventory and visual merchandising. This is a support role ideal for someone early in their career whos eager to learn and grow in a creative design-focused environment. Youll report to the Assistant Manager and work closely with our sales and visual teams.

What Youll Do :

Support the team with order processing delivery coordination and client follow-up

Help maintain the stores visual presentation and product displays

Assist with inventory of marketing materials swatches and office supplies

Learn about our products and design principles through training and team meetings

Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide helpful friendly service

What Were Looking For :

Interest in design retail or customer service

Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required

Comfortable using Mac OS Microsoft Office Gmail and navigating websites

Willingness to learn systems like salesforce and design software (well train you!)

Able to lift up to 20 lbs and move items as needed

Compensation range for this role is $18.00 - $20.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience other business / organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
