Responsibilities
Provide high-quality dental care to patients in a timely manner.
Continuously update skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities.
Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve personal effectiveness.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and targets.
Engage with patients to educate them on oral health and preventive care.
Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and preferences.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation for all treatments.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the dental practice.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in dental technology.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance and strategies.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving practice operations.
Monitor and manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment.
Experience / Qualifications
Valid dental license and certification to practice in the relevant state.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and skill enhancement.
Experience in providing comprehensive dental care to diverse patient populations.
Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
Understanding of health and safety regulations applicable to dental practices.
Strong communication skills for effective patient education and team collaboration.
Strong organizational skills for accurate record-keeping and inventory management.
Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals and targets.
Familiarity with dental technology and ability to adapt to new tools.
Experience using performance metrics to evaluate and improve work effectiveness.
