• Provide expert advice on wine cellars, storage systems, and accessories.
• Prepare quotes, process sales, and follow up with clients.
• Process orders and fulfillment using Rosehill's platforms.
• Open and close the store, handle transactions, and maintain showroom displays.
• Manage inventory, restocking, and coordinate with suppliers and installers.
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support the successful launch and ongoing operations of the retail store.
