As a Distribution Specialist, you will coordinate and supervise the daily tasks of the assistant magazine keepers to ensure proper transfer of finished goods to desired location. Other duties include :

• Demonstrate and / or lead the commitment to the pursuit of achieving Zero Harm through behavioral based safety
• Ensure compliance with applicable HSE performance standards, objectives and regulations
• Live and foster the IPL Corporate Values
• Supports Manufacturing Excellence initiatives and ensures participation from all areas of responsibility
• Must be responsible for the accurate account of finished goods inventories
• Maintaining accurate records required by regulatory agencies
• Safe and efficient operations of Box trucks, narrow gauge locomotives, and Ottawa truck
• Safe and efficient operations of pallet jacks and shrink wrap machines
• Accurately generating Bills of Lading and export papers
• Entering and retrieving requisite data in SAP
• Provide direction and manage the day to day tasks of the Asst. Magazine Keepers
