Job Title : Team Leas

Location : Denton, TX

Pay : $22.50 per hour

Shifts Available : Wednesday- Sunday 3 : 30PM-3AM

Responsibilities :

Adhere to all Health & Safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality standards.

Coordinate setup activities necessary to initiate customer order fulfillment.

Work in a temperature-controlled environment averaging 34°ree;F (1°ree;C).

Assist in identifying and resolving issues related to inventory, quality, and operational efficiency.

Conduct observations of the fulfillment process and provide constructive coaching and feedback to team members.

Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with housekeeping standards.

Perform various warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, replenishing stock, and operating powered equipment when needed.

Serve as backup for the outbound supervisor during meetings or when they are off the floor.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

1+ years of experience in a fulfillment or similar warehouse / operations role.

Previous fulfillment center or warehouse experience preferred.

Ability to consistently meet quality and productivity standards.

Capable of standing continuously for a 10-hour shift, with potential for overtime.

Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.

Manual dexterity with the ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory / warehouse management systems.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide feedback and coaching in a constructive and supportive manner.
