A company is looking for a Travel Advisor in the Travel Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Members and non-Members through various channels by selling and servicing travel-related products
Book and advise on domestic and international travel needs, maintaining compliance with regulations and policies
Maintain knowledge of travel promotions and foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; travel school graduate preferred
At least 18 months of experience in the leisure travel industry
Familiarity with automated airline reservation systems and online travel resources
Proficiency in using travel platforms and GDS
Must reside in specified states to be considered for the position
