Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time opportunity is available for a 1 : 1 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Special Education Teacher to support a high school student with developmental disabilities in a dedicated school setting. This contract position extends through June 2026 and offers meaningful work in a dynamic environment that integrates academic, social, and community-based activities.

Location : Derry, NH

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM 3 : 30 PM (School Year)

Role Duration : Contract through June 2026

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver individualized support to a 21-year-old female student with developmental disabilities in a high school setting
• Collaborate closely with two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in a 1 : 1 support model, including transportation to and from school, community outings, and home
• Provide or coordinate behavioral supervision if serving as a BCBA, overseeing the RBTs' clinical practices
• Implement behavior interventions, data collection, and progress monitoring to support academic, vocational, and leisure activities
• Participate in training for safety care protocols such as CPI, CALM, or equivalent, or demonstrate willingness to complete training
• Facilitate development of activities of daily living (ADL) during lunch and community time
