Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide support to new business development related to manufacturing matters as needed.
• Identify anticipated manufacturing, facility, environmental, and equipment needs.
• Identify known or possible manufacturing, health, safety, and environmental risks.
• Provide manufacturing cost estimates including labor, input on design (DFM), and required capital equipment.
• Review program information / customer specifications including tooling requirements and design to understand product intent, functionality, and test requirements.
• Define line labor, packaging, and material supply requirements, as well as manufacturing lead times.
• Execute Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualifications (OQ), and Performance Qualifications (PQ) when required.
• Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program for all tooling required to manufacture product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, plus ten years of related experience and / or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
