Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support to new business development related to manufacturing matters as needed.
- Identify anticipated manufacturing, facility, environmental, and equipment needs.
- Identify known or possible manufacturing, health, safety, and environmental risks.
- Provide manufacturing cost estimates including labor, input on design (DFM), and required capital equipment.
- Review program information / customer specifications including tooling requirements and design to understand product intent, functionality, and test requirements.
- Define line labor, packaging, and material supply requirements, as well as manufacturing lead times.
- Execute Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualifications (OQ), and Performance Qualifications (PQ) when required.
- Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program for all tooling required to manufacture product.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, plus ten years of related experience and / or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
