Reports to :   HR Generalist

Location :   Remote (Must be eligible to work in the U.S.)

Salary :   $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

6 months of HR experience

Bachelors degree in HR or related field.

General understanding of HR concepts (handbooks, job descriptions, compliance, etc.).

Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and Office 365.

Comfortable on Zoom (video on) and interacting with clients.

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Experience

6 month -1 year of HR experience

HR or startup experience

Familiarity with Zoho CRM or HRIS platforms

Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT
