Hayden Pet Medical Center is looking for an experienced, compassionate, and service-minded leader to manage our Client Service Representative team.
As the CSR Manager, you will take the lead in managing and improving the day-to-day operations of the CSR team, ensuring excellent client care in every interaction. You'll be responsible for overseeing scheduling, client communication, financial transactions, and the smooth operation of the front desk.
Your role will include managing the team's performance, providing coaching and feedback, developing training programs, and handling any escalated client concerns. You'll work closely with the veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and a positive, professional environment for both staff and clients.

This is a full-time position, with a 4 / 10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday.

Minimum qualifications and skill set :
4+ years of client service experiencePrevious veterinary experience is requiredProficiency in the following skills :Lead the front office team and direct clinic workflow
