Wickstrom Chevrolet, a family owned business, is looking to add another teammate to our busy service department.  Qualified applicants will be able to handle and learn multiple task. Some experience preffered but not necessary.  Full time position with flexible hours.  Compensation plan according to experience.

Responsibilites

  • Able to perform multiple service task daily
  • Capable of learning many aspects of daily service duties
  • Meet and greet customers
  • Excellent phone communication
  • Set service appointments
  • Email and call service customers / prospects daily
  • Create email templates off of Dealer Manifest
  • Monitor and maintain records of rental vehicles
  • Book and process warranty tickets
  • Picture, write descriptions and upload vehicle to website
  • Perform and maintain digital marketing
  • Update and monitor socail media sites
  • Able to cashier service customers
  • Follow up with extended warranty payments
