Texas Licensed Program Manager

A company is looking for a Regional Program Manager, Project Controls and Cost.

Key Responsibilities

Drive major program initiatives and facilitate alignment across all teams

Provide financial oversight by managing cashflow, forecasts, and cost reduction

Partner with stakeholders to strategize and plan objectives while managing regional alignment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience

5 years of experience in construction management and cost management

Experience with risk and change management, and reporting

10 years of experience managing multinational technical programs / projects preferred

Knowledge of regional construction markets and practices
