We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut. In this part-time role, you will lead key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration. This is an excellent opportunity to shape and enhance HR processes within a growing financial services firm.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
 - Manage employee onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
 - Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
 - Address employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolving workplace issues.
 - Maintain and update HR information systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
 - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
 - Handle workers' compensation cases and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
 - Provide support and guidance to management on HR-related matters.
 - Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
