Join Our Team as a Locum Physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology!

As a Locum Physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology with CompHealth, you will provide comprehensive OB / GYN care, handling both emergency and routine cases. With an average of 12-15 deliveries per month and daily patient admissions, this role is both dynamic and rewarding!

Your Role at a Glance :

In this position, you will work 12-hour shifts with pager call coverage, collaborating closely with hospital staff in a regional on-call system. Here’s what you can expect :

• Shifts : 7 am - 7 pm with pager call coverage
• Deliveries : Average of 0 - 1 deliveries daily, totaling 275 annual deliveries at the facility
• Patient Care : Manage a daily census of 3 patients with 1 admission on average
• Scope of Practice : Full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care (excluding scheduled GYN surgeries)
• Case Types : Handle emergency and routine OB / GYN cases, including ED and inpatient consults
• Team Environment : Work collaboratively with a dedicated hospital staff
