Job Description

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Job Specialty : Home Health

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 17 : 00)

Guaranteed Hours : Based on hours signed

Experience : 2 years preferred; will consider 1 year on a case-by-case basis

License : Pending state license accepted; must obtain prior to starting

Certifications : BLS required

Must-Have : OASIS knowledge is a plus

Job Description :

• Provide home health care services as part of an experienced team.
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• Required to pass Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test and, if applicable, Moderate Sedation Test during orientation.
• Orientation comprises 16 hours.
• Compliance documents are required 5 business days prior to the scheduled start.
• Possession of recent EPIC experience is preferred but not required.
• Must submit any Request for Time Off (RTO) in the initial application; subsequent requests will not be considered.
• Adhere to attendance policies to prevent contract cancellation for missed shifts without reasonable explanation.
