We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, demonstrating strong clinical judgment, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Compensation : $35 - $80 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions, including range of motion, strength, balance, and functional abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, physician orders, and evidence-based practices.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and other interventions to improve patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and home care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge summaries.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to all ethical and professional standards, as well as state and federal regulations.
Qualifications :
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Kentucky.Experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and rehabilitation principles.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines.Bilingual - English / Spanish is a plus.About Company
