Facility : Walk in clinic that provides occupational medicine and urgent care services, as well as physical therapy and wellness. Our experienced clinicians treat a wide range of injuries and illnesses, including sprains and broken bones to coughs, colds, and flu. Our team includes board-certified doctors, licensed physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and other medical professionals.
Opportunity :
- 100% center-based providing direct patient care, mentoring, leading by example,
and demonstrating clinical excellence and an exceptional patient experience.
Collaborates under Director of Medical Operations (DMO) direction to identify opportunities to improve clinical quality, workflows, safety, center performance, patient and client experience and satisfaction metrics, or other facets of the practice.Works with the Center Leadership and director teams (primarily DMO and Director of Clinical Services (DCS) to identify clinical improvement opportunities and ensure appropriate support and workflow compliance that foster an environment optimal for patient care.Maintains and leverages relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, and local communities to drive market growth.Assists DMO and EA in managing center staffing and adjustments for unforeseencoverage needs
