Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the day to day operations of the Sales department, including development of new business and achievement of revenue goals across Broadcast and Digital Platforms.

Responsibilities include :

• Providing leadership for the broadcast / digital sales teams
• Making decisions regarding hiring, evaluation, promotion and termination of employees
• Developing and executing sales strategies which result in exceeding revenue targets in local, new business and digital revenue
• Driving new business development
• Managing inventory and revenue forecasting
• Managing recruitment, training, evaluation, and development of sales professionals
• Preparing budgets and approving budget expenditures
• Managing Accounts Receivable
• Developing and cultivating client relationships alongside Account Executives
• Performing other duties as assigned
