Department Description : The Community Hospice team
delivers care to patients in the community, providing a wide range
of skilled nursing care and support. The RN will provide a full
range of skilled nursing care to patients in a home care setting
with a focus on patient education and palliative care to meet the
physical and emotional needs of patients, while educating and
providing support to families. We have a full or part time Weekend
Resource Nurse position. Part Time is two 12hr shifts, Full Time is
three 12hr shifts. Both roles include Saturday and Sunday.
Associate's degree in nursing or higher. - Minimum of three years
of experience as a Community Hospice Nurse or minimum of four years
of experience in home health nursing. - Certification in hospice
and palliative care preferred. Incentives : $6,500 Sign On Bonus for
