We're hiring an Assistant General Manager for Ian's Pizza Verona to help lead our team, learn new skills, and have fun while earning $50,000+ annually + benefits.

We're opening a new location in 2026. We'll be serving up our affordable, craft-quality pizza and this time with an expanded bar to go with it.

Your journey starts in Madison, where you'll dive into the hands-on training. Spending about 10 weeks learning the ropes of day-to-day operations, then another 13 weeks leveling up your leadership and management skills. After that, you head to Verona to make your mark.

Scheduling

Managers are on a 40-hour salary but let's be real, sometimes the restaurant gods demand a little extra time. Anything over 40? That's overtime, and, YES, you get paid for it! Your time will be split between 20-30 hours on the floor and 15-20 hours handling the behind-the-scenes magic like projects, admin tasks, and meetings.

Your schedule will drop 2-4 weeks at a time so you can plan your life and your pizza intake accordingly 😂🍕🤤

The action happens on evenings and weekends! The ovens are roaring, the line's bumping, and the energy's high. So, we'll need you in the mix. You'll tag-team with the rest of the manager team to handle emergencies and jump in when coverage is needed.
