We specialize in IT services tailored for the hospitality industry, supporting hotels and restaurants across Los Angeles and beyond. We're seeking a dependable Field IT Technician to provide onsite support for hotel clients, ensuring smooth operation of their systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide onsite technical support for hotel systems (PMS, POS, back-office apps).
- Troubleshoot Windows-based applications, hardware, and peripherals.
- Assist with basic networking tasks (Wi-Fi, switches, cabling, IP configuration).
- Coordinate with remote support teams and escalate complex issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely updates on service tickets.
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware / software support and service coordination.
Required Qualifications :
2+ years of IT support experience (hospitality experience preferred).Solid understanding of Windows OS and common hotel software platforms.Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers / switches, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and travel to client sites across LA.Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to follow orders and instructions with attention to detail and accountability.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with hotel systemsFamiliarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.Basic understanding of VLANs, DHCP, and firewall configurations.A+ or Network+ certification.Security+ certification or equivalent cybersecurity awareness.Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure , SharePoint , and Microsoft 365 .Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating third-party services.Previous experience supporting hospitality environments.Systems & Tools Used :
