Samantha looking for a babysitter or nanny in Saint Paul

Hello! My name is Sam, my husband is Jeremy and we have two little girls in need of childcare. My husband also has a 15 year old son who lives with us full time and is in school, but can be pretty helpful when hes home. Our daughters are Ellie and Addison, theyre 3 and 1. I work 12 hour shifts on two week rotation schedule, so we only need someone for a day or two a week.

My Ellie is very energetic and very wild. She likes to climb and be a daredevil and we (for the most part) let her do her thing. Addison is the exact opposite but does like to try and copy her sister, who she adores.

I dont like to use the term gentle parent as it has a lot of inaccurate stereotypes, but that is generally how we raise our kids. I never leave my baby to cry by herself, were very responsive and dont believe in grounding, but just firm boundaries and conversations.
